When and where do we meet?
Check-in is 8:20am at Meeting Point D, Coral Sea Marina, Airlie Beach; departure is 9:00am.
How much beach time is included?
4–5 hours at Whitehaven Beach with unlimited boat-to-beach transfers on the All Day ticket.
What’s the difference between the ticket types?
Both include the beach and the South Whitehaven Lookout walk. The snorkelling ticket adds a guided snorkel site with equipment provided.
Are children allowed?
Children aged 3 months+ are welcome. Infants travel free; children 4–14 need a child ticket.
What’s included in the price?
Snacks, lunch, drinking water and stinger suits. Snorkelling tickets also include mask, snorkel and fins.
How long is the South Whitehaven Lookout walk?
About 900 metres each way — roughly 45 minutes return including time at the summit.
Are stinger suits mandatory?
Yes, from November to May as a safety precaution (provided free).
What’s the cancellation policy?
Cancel 24+ hours before departure for a full refund. Within 24 hours is non-refundable.
Are bathrooms available on board?
Yes — 2 bathrooms and 2 changing rooms onboard.
Can we bring our own snorkelling gear?
Sanitised gear is provided, but you’re welcome to bring your own.
